Contact us in person, by email or by telephone to discuss your bespoke requirements. Our designers will establish your design goals and specifications.

Building on your initial ideas and sketches our team can interpret your design or idea which can involve creating a 3D wax model for you to view in advance. Also, we will present a selection of suitable gemstones along with sketches, models and example pieces as demonstration. Alongside our stock collection of gemstones we source stones directly from mine owners and stone cutters from around the world, giving us a diverse and exciting range from which to make your selection.

Once the design choices have been made we will require a deposit of 50% to begin work on your personal designs with the balance payable on collection. Please remember no payment is required until you are completely happy with your designs. Once the quote has been accepted and the deposit has been paid we will proceed to create your very own uniquely designed masterpiece.

We will create your design, sending you images and updates and consulting on sizes, textures and arrangements at each stage as required. Most commissions are completed within 2 weeks. However, please do let us know if you have an urgent deadline as we are usually able to accommodate it. After completion your dream jewelry piece will be delivered to you after the final payment has been made.
